Our company cooperates with renowned manufacturers of polyurethane foams from almost all over Europe and is thus able to provide such portfolio of kinds and types of foams, which the particular producers are no table to provide separately. All foams are certified in accordance with applicable standards and do not contain any substances based on hydrochlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), halons and so on.
Standard softened foam with closed cell structure based on TDI bulk density of 14 kg / m3 to 65 kg / m3. A wide variety of colours.
Elastomeric, or also referred to as "cold foam" or "HR foam" means a foam with mainly open-cell structure made on the basis of TDI and MDI. It is available in wide range of colours and the bulk density of 26 kg / m3 to 53 kg / m3.
Visco-elastic foams or foams also referred to as "memory foam" or "lazy foam" were developed for NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration in the US), but we have found their excellent application in other areas of life. Their typical applications include ergonomic mattresses or pillows. They are offered in the bulk density of 45 kg / m3 to 85 kg / m3 in various attractive colours. A form with a cooling effect is available as well.
Standard and HR foam with low flammability conform to BS5852 / 2006 and to TB117 / 2013 California if required. They are designed for use in public spaces, hotels, public transport, etc. They are particularly required in some countries. They are designed for use in motor vehicles and meet the standard FMVSS302.
Antibacterial foam is used extensively for the manufacture of mattresses to be used by patients suffering from allergies and by children. I tis designed for use in wetter environments with potential risk of mould.
Antistatic foam provide protection against ESD (electrostatic discharge), it is suitable for use mainly in the electronic and automotive industries.
Natural foam is a foam enriched with natural oils mainly obtained from renewable sources such as soya beans, castor seeds, cotton seeds, Neem seed, Millet usw seeds.
Bonded foam also referred to as "P - pojenky" or "R - rebond" foam is obtained from crushed scrap foams with the use of binders and associated pressure, which gives a foam a "second life". The produced foam helps reduce environmental pollution residues of recovery after cutting PUR foams. In addition to environmental benefits, the foam brings an advantage of a low price. It is offered in the bulk density of 40 kg / m3 to 260 kg / m3.
This category includes foams with unique characteristics suitable for different types of use. The most common foams in this broad category include:
- outdoor foam suitable for external and / or humid environment,
- foam with aromatic oils used in the treatment, therapeutic, and other uses.
- foams with a cooling effect,
- "advanced" HR foam with a guarantee of up to seven years,
- filter foams
- others.
